Information about the eVisa for Rwanda

The eVisa for Rwanda is a mandatory electronic travel authorization for foreigners with a passport of any of the selected countries. It was introduced by the Government of Rwanda to reduce unnecessary time at the immigration offices and make it easier to cross the border.

Depending on your need, you can apply for a Single Entry visa that is valid for 30 consecutive days or the Transit Visa that is valid for 72 hours.

You can also apply for the Rwanda East Africa Tourist Visa which is valid for up to 90 days. It allows you multiple entries travelling within Uganda and Kenya only if you arrive and depart from Rwanda.
